Which Amsterdam neighbourhood is best for expats?

There's no single answer — it follows from your office, budget and temperament. De Pijp is the most popular all-rounder for professionals, the Jordaan wins on character, Oud-Zuid on family logistics, and Oost, Noord and Nieuw-West on space per euro. Each guide below covers the trade-offs in depth.

Do your prices differ by neighbourhood?

Yes — canal-ring, Jordaan and Oud-Zuid apartments sit at the top of the range, while Oost, Noord and Nieuw-West offer the most space for the budget. Every listing shows its all-inclusive monthly price, and the 2-month minimum and 4-month discount apply everywhere.

Can I compare apartments in more than one neighbourhood?

Please do — it's how most of our tenants book. Tell us your dates, budget and office location and we will shortlist across two or three neighbourhoods within one working day, or filter our live availability by area yourself.

What is the minimum stay?

Two months in every neighbourhood, strictly. We are a mid-term provider of temporary accommodation in Amsterdam — no weekend or holiday bookings — which keeps our buildings quiet and our neighbours happy.

Do longer stays cost less?

Yes — stays of four months or more receive a 10% discount, and check-ins between November and February qualify for an additional winter discount. Both are shown on each listing.
