Very. Trams and bikes reach the city centre in around 10–15 minutes, the metro ring from Amstelstation reaches Zuidas in about 15, and direct trains from Amstel station make Schiphol roughly 25 minutes door to door. Science Park is a 10-minute cycle or one train stop from Muiderpoort.
Do longer stays cost less?
Yes — stays of four months or more receive a 10% discount, and check-ins between November and February qualify for an additional winter discount. Both are shown on each listing.
