• Assisting and advising on the final preparation of the property
• Securing a legal tenancy agreement, as well as managing ongoing rent and deposit collection
• Providing cleaning services before, during, and after the tenancy
• Supplying linens and towels (all duvets must be 200cm x 200cm)
• Conducting check-ins and compiling a signed inspection report
• Serving as the primary point of contact for any tenant inquiries or issues
• Offering 24-hour emergency assistance
• Coordinating first-call maintenance support and working with vetted, competitively-priced contractors for any required repairs
• Managing lease extensions, subject to owner approval
• Recommending property improvements
• Conducting tenant check-outs and compiling a signed inspection report
