Live in a Converted Amsterdam Church
Two of our studios sit in Anton Waldorpstraat 90, a building that began life as a church and has been fully redeveloped into modern accommodation — the original shell and proportions retained, the interiors entirely new. It is a rarer thing to live in than a standard apartment block.
The building has a friendly communal working and social area with internet throughout — a bar-height workspace with charging points for the days you want to step away from your desk, and space to relax and meet the neighbours. There is also a free communal laundry with washing machines and dryers, and 74 rooftop solar panels keeping running costs and emissions low.

Can students rent these apartments?
Yes. International students, exchange students and PhD researchers regularly book with us. There is no Dutch guarantor requirement — booking is via a simple tenant profile — and everything is arranged before you arrive, from furniture to wifi.
What does all-inclusive rent mean?
One monthly price covers gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet, property taxes, maintenance, furniture, kitchenware, linen and towels. You never set up a Dutch utility contract or receive a separate bill.
What is the minimum rental period?
