This top-floor apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up in a 100-year-old building, with steep Dutch stairs, but the views over the neighboring houses are worth it. Please note that the apartment is equipped with a Boretti gas stove with oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. Smoking, pets, and children are not allowed. It's important to note that there's no clothes dryer or television. However, anything small that a tenant doesn't want in the apartment can be moved to storage upstairs in the attic bedroom where the owner keeps all personal belongings.
