Welcome to our spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment, located on a charming street in the cultural heart of the city. This fully furnished apartment boasts a warm interior, ideal for plant lovers, and a balcony with breathtaking views. Large windows in the south-facing bedroom and kitchen offer lots of light during the day and overlook the peaceful inner block gardens. Amenities include design icon furnishings, ample closet space, and a natural COCO-MAT mattress. This top-floor apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up in a 100-year-old building, with steep Dutch stairs, but the views over the neighboring houses are worth it. Please note that the apartment is equipped with a Boretti gas stove with oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. Smoking, pets, and children are not allowed. It's important to note that there's no clothes dryer or television. However, anything small that a tenant doesn't want in the apartment can be moved to storage upstairs in the attic bedroom where the owner keeps all personal belongings.

City Retreat arranges a professional clean before you move in and at the end of the tenancy. Cleaning during the tenancy can be requested at extra cost with four days' notice.
