Bajeskwartier has unique, fully furnished studios designed and built with sustainability top of mind. Our studios range from 20m2 to 29m2, all with a super comfortable queen size bed, a kitchen pantry, a private bathroom with rain shower and a comfy dining, work and chill corner. The studios are divided over ten floors, and all beds have spacious Club Rooms, which function as living rooms and self-catering kitchens where you can cook, work and relax with fellow residents. The communal spaces and kitchens are cleaned every morning. To ensure that all your needs are catered for, we also have a co-working area and laundry designed to accommodate all your needs. On the ground floor, you will find a Cafe, a hybrid space with room for dining, working, meetings and events. We have an outdoor terrace that is ideally situated to catch the sun. Fully furnished, spacious and comfortable studio on the 6th floor with (amongst other great things) a fantastic queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, fluffy duvet and pillows; Private bathroom; Kitchen pantry with kettle, coffee machine, cupboards and a fridge; In-studio dedicated fast Wi-Fi network; Use of spacious and fully equipped Club Rooms. City Retreat arranges a professional clean before you move in and at the end of the tenancy. Cleaning during the tenancy can be requested at extra cost with four days' notice.
