Flexible Tenancy Agreements

Our tenancy agreements are designed to protect your rights as a tenant and comply with Dutch law. Here are the key features:

  • Tenancy Agreement: Required by Dutch law.
  • 1-Month Termination Period: Flexible termination with just one calendar month's notice.
  • Early Termination: Already confirmed if communicated during the booking.
  • No Guaranteed Extensions: Due to subsequent bookings, extensions may not be possible.

Next Steps After Booking Confirmation

Now that you have found your ideal apartment, follow these steps for a smooth experience:

1. Make Rental and Deposit Payments
  • Rental Payments: Invoices are sent 5-7 days before the due dates.
  • Deposit Invoice: Sent before your check-in date, payable up to the check-in day.

2. Coordinate Check-In
